In this role, you will play a vital part in managing daily operations across EMEA offices, and responsibilities will include processing international payments, overseeing nostro control, and ensuring accurate booking and settlement services.Duties of the Senior SWIFT Payments Officer to include:Process payments, including funding/nostro control and SWIFT input/authorisation and monitoringChecking and authorising sepa transactionsInvestigate and rectify Nostro & internal account breaksPayments processing for the International products and also processing for the EMEA offices including funding/nostro control and SWIFT input/authorisation and monitoringManage remittance product inquiries, monitoring via SWIFT and EmailHandle client information production and input client static dataAuthorize accounting journals and verify SWIFT Alliance MessagesMonitor and act on the Midas Fusion close processProviding quality & accurate booking and settlement services across a broad range of operational activitiesAdministering EMEA workflows and the distribution of work and controlling checks for work completionWhat we need from you:Knowledge of accounting breaks and double-sided bookkeeping is essentialPrevious experience with payment investigations with strong analytical skillsUnderstanding of remittance products, foreign exchange, and current account management. Knowledge of SEPA, BACS AND SWIFT is essentialDemonstrable knowledge of Money Laundering procedures and investigations.<
