About
We are looking for a Swedish speaker to help us manage incoming enquriries from prospective customers/students in Sweden (we are an education company). The customers are submitting their information via an online form, and we require someone to follow-up with the interested leads, over phone/email or message, to 'qualify' them and understand their interest in our products and whether they would be a good fit. If they are a good fit, then the aim would be to set-up appointments with our recruitment team. Key Responsibilities Engage new leads the same day as submission via phone, WhatsApp, and email (using Aircall & Salesforce). Qualify leads by understanding their background, study interests, motivations, and ability to enrol. Record key details and update lead statuses and call notes (AI to help here). Book meetings or calls for qualified leads directly with admissions or recruitment teams (where applicable). Follow up on unresponsive leads systematically through predefined sequences (automated + manual). Collaborate with the digital marketing and CRM teams to refine scripts, workflows, and automations. Provide insights on lead quality, recurring objections, and communication performance to improve campaigns and targeting. Commitment is likely 1-2 hours a day initially, preferably after between 10-6pm Swedish time.
