Sustainability Consultant London We're working with a leading building services consultancy seeking an Energy & Sustainability Consultant to join their growing team in London. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious professional to contribute to innovative, sustainable design solutions across a range of high-profile projects. The Role:You'll support the delivery of sustainable building design and energy performance analysis, working closely with clients and multidisciplinary design teams. Responsibilities include: Conducting IES VE modelling for energy and thermal performance. Supporting Part L compliance assessments and TM54 operational energy predictions. Preparing Energy & Sustainability Statements for planning submissions. Undertaking daylight, overheating, and thermal comfort studies. Providing clear, concise report writing and project advice to clients. Supporting embodied and whole life carbon assessments. Essential Criteria: Degree in a relevant sustainability, environmental, or engineering discipline. Experience in energy and building physics modelling (IES VE essential). Strong understanding of Building Regulations Part L and The London Plan. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and client relationships effectively. Qualified or working towards CIBSE membership (support provided). Company benefits:
