Key responsibilities:

• Providing personal care and daily living support

• Assisting with mobility and safe manual handling

• Monitoring and prompting medication

• Promoting independence and wellbeing

• Offering companionship and emotional support

• Helping maintain structured routines at home and in the community

Requirements:

• Minimum 12 months' care experience
