We'd like you to join us as a Support Worker to care for our brand new young client in Sefton (Liverpool).

What you'll be doing:

Active Care in the Home are expanding our children's care packages in the Liverpool area, and have a new package in the Sefton area of Liverpool.

This client is a 17 year old teenage girl who has mental health issues. Previous experience with mental health is desirable.

This role is to support her and provide companionship, including going out in the community together.

Shifts:

• Day shifts - 4 hours a day
• Part Time

• Previous experience in mental health desirable
