We're currently recruiting experienced and dedicated Children and Young People's Support Workers to support children and young people, up to 18 years old with mental health, emotional, and behavioural needs. Your Role As a Support Worker, you'll play a vital part in helping children and young people achieve positive outcomes by: Providing personalised care and emotional supportDeveloping strong, trusting relationships with children and their familiesManaging challenging behaviours using calm, therapeutic approachesWorking closely with other professionals to deliver high-quality careEncouraging independence, confidence, and essential life skillsFollowing care plans and contributing to their ongoing developmentSupporting with appointments, education, and recreational activitiesMaintaining accurate records while prioritising each child's safety and wellbeing What We're Looking For At least 6-12 months of paid UK experience in a similar support roleNVQ Level 3 in Children and Young People's Workforce (or equivalent)Confidence in managing challenging behaviourA compassionate, patient, and caring approachStrong communication and problem-solving skillsFlexibility to work 12-hour day/night shifts, including weekendsFull UK Driving Licence (preferred)Enhanced DBS (Child & Adult Workforce) What We Offer Competitive pay with enhanced weekend rat
