We're currently seeking committed and experienced Children and Young Persons Support Workers to join our team, supporting children and young people (up to 18 years old) with mental health, emotional, and behavioural needs. Your Role As a Support Worker, you'll be playing a key role creating positive outcomes for the children and young people you work with: Delivering personalised care and emotional supportBuilding effective, trusting relationships with children and their familiesResponding to challenging behaviours using calm, therapeutic approachesWorking collaboratively with other professionals to ensure the highest standards of carePromoting independence, confidence, and life skillsFollowing care plans and actively contribute to their ongoing developmentSupporting with appointments, education, and leisure activitiesKeeping accurate records and ensuring the safety and wellbeing of every child in your care What We're Looking For A minimum of 6-12 months of paid UK experience in a similar support roleNVQ Level 3 in Children and Young People's Workforce (or equivalent)Confidence in managing challenging behaviourA caring, compassionate, and patient natureStrong communication and problem-solving skillsFlexibility and reliability, with the ability to work 12-hour day/night shifts including weekendsFull UK Driving Licence (preferred)Enh
