Amore Complex Care Support Worker: We have an exciting opportunity for a confident, and outgoing support workers to support a Young adult. Please note we don’t offer sponsorship, and candidates must have a right to work in the UK Key Job Role Information Location- Liverpool Salary - £13.84 per hour (inclusive of holiday entitlement) Shifts - 3-9 shifts when I am in day service during the week, come September this will be for 2 days a week, at weekends and days that I am not attending day service it is 9am-9pm, sometimes 8am-12am on a Saturday night Expected hours – 24 Key Role essentials and responsibilities – - Full UK drivers’ licence - Must have experience within health and social care settings Meet the person you’ll be supporting: What challenges do I have? I am non-verbal so struggle to communicate my needs, therefore it is helpful for staff to be patient with me, speak clearly and be good communicators. My mood can change and I can sometimes present some challenging behaviour, so I would like to work with staff who can adapt to that and be strong.What activities do I like to do? I get home from day service in the afternoon, and then I love to go out on drives and walks. I have certain favourite places I like to visit regularly, and I like staff to listen to me and my Mum about where I like to go.How would I describe myself? I have a good sense of humour and I am a caring person.What are some of my long-term goals? I would like to be more independent and would like staff to encourage this. My team <
