Amore Complex Care Support Worker: Leigh BLUE LIGHT DISCOUNT Amore Complex Care are looking for fun and outgoing support workers to support a young lady in her 20s, who has a diagnosis of autism. She loves music, shopping and has a busy routine which involves being out in the community. Please note we don’t offer sponsorship, and candidates must have a right to work in the UK Key Job Role Information Location- Leigh FEMALE ONLY Salary - £14.29 (inclusive of holiday entitlement) Shifts – 12 hours days or nights. 8pm - 8am or 8 pm - 8am Key Role essentials and responsibilities – - Competent verbal and written English - Must have experience within health and social care settings Meet the person you’ll be supporting: Who am I? I am a young lady in my 20s.What activities do I do? I love singing, dancing and listening to music. I also enjoy shopping and going to the seaside What challenges do I have? I have learning disabilities, autism and epilepsy, which gives me challenges with my movement, and can affect my behaviour, which can sometimes be challenging towards people who support me.What activities do I do? I visit the cinema, and love a good pub lunch. I also enjoy visiting sensory rooms, as they are nice and quiet and help me relax. Noise can overwhelm me.What types of people do I get along with? People with good communication skills, who are outgoing and fun like me, I have a really good sense of humour. I would like staff to get on well with my family, who I spend lots of time with. <s
