Support Worker - Weekdays (Mon-Fri)

We are seeking a caring, reliable Support Worker to provide weekday support for an adult. This role is all about promoting independence, offering reassurance, and ensuring a structured, fulfilling daily routine.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Supporting a consistent daily routine

• Monitoring and prompting medication

• Offering companionship and conversation

• Providing encouragement with day-to-day activities

This role would suit someone patient, organised, and compassionate, with a genuine desire to make a positive difference in someone's life.
