We are seeking Support Workers to join our dedicated team, providing one-to-one support for adults with learning disabilities and autism in purpose-built housing. You'll play a vital role in creating a safe, supportive, and person-centred environment where individuals can thrive and live fulfilling lives.

What You'll Do

• Provide tailored one-to-one support for adults with learning disabilities and autism.

• Assist with daily living activities including personal care, meal preparation, medication administration, and household tasks.

• Encourage independence and help individuals develop essential life skills.

• Promote community participation by supporting clients on shopping trips, walks, social outings, and other activities that enhance wellbeing and inclusion.

• Deliver person-centred care with compassion, consistency, and respect, ensuring safety and improving overall quality of life.

About You

• Compassionate, patient, and understanding.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others reach their full potential.

• Minimum of 6 months UK experience in care, preferably with autism or learning disabilities
