Support Worker Opportunities at our Pine Lodge Respite Service

We’re looking for Part-Time Support Workers to join our Pine Lodge Respite Service. Our service provides respite for customers and their families through short/planned breaks and crisis and emergency support. You will work with our customers to help them live the life they choose, develop positive relationships and support with independent living skills.

The role requires working on a rota that may include early and late shifts, with a range of different shift patterns available, you will work on a rota that will include shifts throughout the week and weekends.

No experience? No problem! We’ll provide full training to help you succeed.

• Assist with daily living – Provide support with personal care, meals, and household tasks.
• Encourage physical and emotional health – Promote well-being through planned activities.
• Encourage social connections – Build and maintain positive relationships within the community.
• Ensure a safe, supportive environment – Provide consistent care through a flexible rota

This role is subject to an appropriate level DBS and recruitment compliance checks. It is essential that the role holder has a full UK driving licence and full business insurance to use their vehicle for work. Due to the remote location of our service there are no regular bus services that coincides with shift patterns.
