Home Care Support Worker (Weekends Only)We are looking for reliable and compassionate Care Support Workers to join our home care team for weekend shifts. This role is vital in providing consistent, high-quality care to our clients in their own homes.Position Overview Schedule: Weekends only.Shift Times: Early: 07:00 - 15:00Late: 15:00 - 22:00Long Day: 07:00 - 22:00 Gender Requirement: Female only (This is a genuine occupational requirement).Access: Both Drivers and Walkers are welcome to apply. Core Responsibilities Personal Care: Assisting with hygiene, dressing, and daily routines.Moving & Handling: Utilizing safe techniques and equipment to assist with client mobility.Home Support: Ensuring clients remain safe and comfortable within their home environment. Candidate Requirements Proven experience or training in Moving and Handling.Commitment to a regular weekend rota.Strong communication skills and a professional approach to care.
