Support Worker (Part-Time) – Community Support for Elderly Couple

Tobea Support Ltd is seeking a reliable and compassionate Support Worker to assist an elderly couple living independently in the community. This rewarding role focuses on promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing — no personal care or medication administration required.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide friendly companionship and encouragement.
Support with domestic tasks such as light cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation.
Accompany and assist with attending appointments and social activities.
Support with shopping, errands, and community engagement.
Requirements:
Must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle.
Previous experience in a support or care role (preferred but not essential).
Kind, patient, and dependable with excellent communication skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and respect individual choices.
This is a part-time position, ideal for someone looking to make a genuine difference in people’s lives while working flexible hours.
