About the Role
We're looking for compassionate and reliable Bank Support Workers to join our team in Redruth. This flexible role is perfect for those who want to make a difference while choosing when they work.

You'll work within our clients' homes, providing high-quality support that empowers individuals to live as independently as possible.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Providing personal care (washing, dressing, toileting)
• Supporting with moving and handling
• Assisting with household tasks such as cooking and cleaning
• Encouraging participation in social and leisure activities
• Promoting independence, dignity, and choice in every aspect of care

About You:

• Caring, empathetic, and committed to helping others
• Reliable, flexible, and a good communicator
• Previous experience in care is desirable, but not essential full training will be provided
• Must be eligible to work in the UK
• Full UK driving licence is desirable
