• Contract: Full-time & Part-time roles available (Flexible Hours)

• Salary: £13.50/hr (MonFri) £14.25/hr (SatSun)

• Plus fully paid travel time at your hourly rate and 45p per mile mileage allowance

Your Role as a Support Worker

• Deliver personalised, one-to-one care that promotes dignity and independence

• Assist with everyday activities, including personal care, mobility, meals, and medication

• Travel between client homes (with paid travel time and mileage reimbursement)

• Communicate clearly with families to provide reassurance and updates

• Record care accurately and report any changes in well-being

• Build meaningful, lasting connections with the people you support

• What You'll Need

• Minimum age: 18

• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle

• Right to work in the UK

• Enhanced DBS check & references (we'll guide you through this process)
