Are you passionate about helping young adults build a brighter future? We're looking for a dedicated and empathetic Support Worker to join our vital service, working specifically with 18-25 year olds managing substance misuse.

shifts run Monday - Sunday

opportunity for up to 37.5 hours per week

Drivers are preferred however our client is willing to help towards costs for those who maybe willing to take up driving lessons for the right candidate

This is a fulfilling role where you will be instrumental in supporting young people on their journey to recovery and independence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-to-one practical and emotional support to young clients.

• Develop and implement individual support plans focusing on harm reduction, relapse prevention, and life skills.

• Assist clients in accessing education, training, employment, and housing services.

• Work collaboratively with external agencies, including healthcare providers and social services.

• Maintain accurate records and contribute to case reviews.

What We're Looking For

You'll be a great fit if you have:

• Experience in a support role, ideally within the fields of substance misuse, mental health, or youth work.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• A non-judgemental, patient, and resilient approach.

• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
