This is a pivotal role supporting warehouse operations and customer integration through SAP systems, offering a blend of technical problem-solving, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement. This role is central to ensuring customer requirements are accurately reflected in SAP, supporting warehouse operations, and driving continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Test SAP solutions to ensure they meet operational and customer needs.Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues.Liaise with customers to understand requirements and translate them into SAP functionality.Manage inventory processes including cycle counting and stock control.Analyse system data to identify and implement improvements.Support onboarding of new customers into the warehouse system.Maintain and report on test matrices for system changes.Collaborate with international SAP teams to ensure system alignment.Provide operational support to warehouse teams.Deliver training and development for SAP support staff.Drive continuous improvement initiatives across client operations.
