You’ll support product quality, compliance, and supplier coordination across global markets, working closely with factories, inspection partners, and internal teams. Ideal for someone analytical, methodical, and looking to take the next step in their career.The Role• Maintain product specifications, inspection criteria, and quality standards• Review pre-production and production samples• Support quality assurance, compliance checks, and documentation• Work with Far East factories to resolve quality issues• Report on inspection results and quality trends• Collaborate with NPD and Supply Chain teams• Manage document control and order documentation• Provide operational support to the Operations DirectorWhat We’re Looking For• 18 months–2+ years in supply chain, quality, or product coordination• FMCG or consumer goods experience (beauty, homeware, lifestyle, packaging) is a big plus• Experience with Far East suppliers is desirable• Strong Excel and admin skills• Comfortable handling samples and inspection data• Highly analytical with excellent attention to detailPersonal Qualities• Proactive, organised, and accurate• Hands-on, methodical, and process-driven• Positive attitude and a desire to learn• Able to balance analytical and practical tasksSalary & Benefits• Circa £32k DOE• 22 days holiday + bank holidays• Free on-site parking</
