Role Overview: As the new Supply Chain Administrator, you’ll play a key role in organising, tracking, and reporting the movement of products worldwide. You’ll be the link between suppliers, forwarders, warehouses, and internal teams, ensuring smooth and efficient supply chain operations. Key Responsibilities: Monitor global supply and demand, taking action based on forecastingCreate and manage Purchase Orders, updating systems and suppliersPlace, track, and update global Distributor ordersMaintain accurate system data: ETD/ETA dates, shipper details, container numbers, product changesLiaise with freight forwarders for quotes, bookings, and delivery schedulingCommunicate with suppliers regarding issues, changes, and forecastsCoordinate container arrivals with warehouse teamsManage stock movements between global locations (main products & spare parts)Provide shipping updates to Sales & Customer Service teamsResolve stock-out queries and make transport decisionsSupport supplier audits and maintain control documentationAdminister commercial documents and liaise with relevant partiesOwn and maintain in-house ‘Live’ management toolsReport weekly on all supply chain activity What We’re Looking For: Strong commercial awareness and analytical mindset
