You’ll be responsible for interpreting data to forecast and calculate stock requirements, considering trends, anticipated demand, lead times and budgets.As the Supply Chain Administrator, you will raise purchase orders on the ERP system, process them with suppliers, and track progress through to the receipt of goods. You’ll check order acknowledgements, resolve any price or delivery discrepancies, and maintain accurate arrival dates to ensure full visibility of incoming stock and spend. With your excellent communication skills, you’ll monitor and coordinate supplier deliveries and collections, ensuring everything arrives on time and in full.Highly organised and confident working with data, you’ll produce regular reports for circulation to the wider team, update key information on the ERP system, and provide valuable administrative support to the Supply Manager.
