About the role:

We currently have an exciting vacancy for a Warehouse Operative to join the warehouse team to provide an exceptional service to our TDL clients by ensuring client orders for supplies are fulfilled in full and on time. By reducing facility downtime, you will contribute to a robustness of service that will ultimately improve patient pathways. This is a full time role.

Main duties will include but is not limited to processing supply order requests from TDL clients by picking and packing supplies and recording order fulfilment accurately, managing the delivery of orders using both internal supplies distribution drivers and third party courier companies (including international shipping), expediting urgent orders and making sure supplies are delivered in full and on time, working with the inventory team to ensure supply returns are processed accurately, liaising with clients and colleagues by phone or by email to answer queries whilst providing a great customer service.
