With minimum 1-hour visits, you’ll have the time to provide proper, person-centred care and build genuine relationships — not rushed, task-only calls.

• What You’ll Do

Provide practical support and companionship, including

• Companionship and emotional reassurance
• Personal care and morning routines
• Medication prompts/support (where required)
• Mobility support and safe moving assistance
• Breakfast preparation and light household tasks
• Qualifications
• No Experience Needed — Full Training Provided

You’ll receive structured induction, shadowing, and ongoing support, plus opportunities to grow

• Paid mandatory training

• £12.60 – £13.60 per hour (higher rates with completed NVQ levels)
