Duties

• Assist in setting up and cleaning workstations, ensuring a tidy and organised environment.
• Engage with customers in a friendly manner, upselling menu items where appropriate to enhance their experience.
• Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service and minimise wait times.
• Support team members with various tasks as needed, fostering a collaborative work atmosphere.

Skills

• Experience in food preparation or working within a restaurant environment is desirable but not essential; training will be provided.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices is advantageous.
• Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions and order accuracy.
• Previous kitchen or culinary experience is beneficial but not mandatory; enthusiasm to learn is key.
• Strong time management skills to prioritise tasks efficiently during peak hours.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging with customers and team members alike.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £12.21-£13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
