The Role: We’re looking for a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support RYZE’s Customer Service and Operations teams. This role is responsible for ensuring accuracy, compliance, and quality across deliverables by providing expert guidance, validating information, and supporting process improvements. The SME will serve as a trusted resource for Customer Support Representatives, Team Leads, and leadership—offering insights, answering complex inquiries, and helping ensure all materials, decisions, and communications reflect RYZE’s policies, best practices, and standards. What You’ll Do Technical & Product Expertise Maintain deep knowledge of RYZE products, policies, procedures, processes, and tools. Stay up to date with company updates, new releases, and operational changes through ongoing learning. Review project deliverables to ensure accuracy, compliance, and alignment with company standards. Support & Collaboration Provide expert advice and recommendations to Customer Support Representatives, Team Leads, and leadership via virtual meetings, Slack channels, or other communication platforms. Collaborate with Training Specialists to develop training materials, workshops, and knowledge-transfer resources. Assist assigned Team Leads with various tasks, projects, and operational needs. Respond to customer tickets within the CRM platform with accuracy, clarity, and adherence to SOPs. Process & Quality Improvement Evaluate organizational needs and support the development of suitable technical or operational solutions. Ensure defined requirements, quality standards, and best practices are consistently met. Help reinforce process improvements and contribute to knowledge base updates. (Other related duties may be assigned.) What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field. Proven experience as a Subject Matter Expert within Customer Service, Operations, or related fields. Strong understanding of business operations and/or project management. Familiarity with systems and software relevant to RYZE (e.g., RYZE Tools, Google Workspace, Asana, Canva, Grammarly). Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite. Exceptional communication, leadership, and mentorship abilities. Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate complex information and recommend effective solutions. Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of instructional design principles is a plus.
