We are currently looking for Student Centre Cards Assistants who will undertake to deliver excellence in customer service and administrative support by processing ID card collection requests and other enquiries related to University card collection. a minimum of 3 days/21hr per week roster availability is required must be available to attend Assessment Centre on campus on October 30th or October 31st to be eligible for this role. (Please note these dates are subject to change and may be moved slightly later) compulsory on-campus training required for 2 weeks Mon-Fri full time, from November 10th Student Centre Card Assistant staff are required to work onsite current students, returning parents, recent graduates and working holiday visa holders will be considered for this position and are encouraged to apply. This role will require you to: assist with card collection set-up and pack down as required and ensure that all card collection equipment is kept secure throughout the card collection period follow Student Centre guidelines to ensure that identity checks are conducted as part of the card collection process distribute University cards and accurately record collection information in the Student University Card Management System (Transact) and on the Current Student Contact Centre (CSCC) SharePoint use a range of systems to ensure cards are working correctly. (Such as Transact, Sydpay, Gallagher, Entrust, Teams and Excel.) refer students to information on emergencies and safety on campus. respond to non-standard and specialised card collection requests and where necessary directing enquiries to the Student Centre for resolution About you experience in working in a high volume, fast paced, customer centric environment strong organization and time management skills high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office package (in particular Microsoft Excel) and have the ability to learn new systems quickly and efficiently excellent high-level communication skills - including verbal and written, and can make the complex simple in your daily interactions fast learning and willing to take on new challenges in an agile work environment ability to talk and update notes in enquiry management system simultaneously good time management and punctuality Sponsorship / work rights for Australia Please note: Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
