I require a qualified structural engineer to produce the calculations required to design the steel fabrication of a ground floor 40 square metre extension. As well as the steel design/calculations I also would like a design produced for a warm flat parapet style roof allowing for insulation calculations, water repellent membranes and an EPDM/GRP finish.
