We are seeking a Graduate Structural Engineer with 2+ years’ experience to join our clients multidisciplinary contractor design team. You will work on a wide range of building and civil engineering projects valued from £100k to £30m+, spanning sectors including education, retail, commercial, industrial, offices, healthcare, research facilities, and award-winning decarbonisation and residential schemes.This is an excellent opportunity to develop your career in a hands-on, collaborative environment, working closely with structural, civil, and architectural designers to deliver high-quality, integrated design solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with structural analysis, design, and modelling across multiple project typesPrepare and review technical drawings, calculations, and specifications in line with relevant British and European StandardsSupport the production of coordinated designs within BIM workflowsContribute to site inspections, verification, and technical problem-solvingCollaborate closely with engineers, architects, and contractors to deliver fully integrated solutionsParticipate in technical reviews, design meetings, and project coordination sessionsSupport senior engineers and project managers in project deliverySkills & KnowledgeDegree in Civil or Structural Engineering (BEng/MEng or equivalent)2+ years’ relevant structural engineering experienceFamiliarity with structural steel, concrete, and general construction detailingExperience using Revit, AutoCAD, or similar design softwareUnderstanding of Building Regulations, NHBC standards, and UK design codesExcellent communication skills and a collaborative mindsetStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsWho Should ApplyThis role is ideal for
