Hi Maksym, I was reviewing your profile and experience — in particular your usage of Robot Structural Analysis and Tekla Tedds, and your work on residential projects under Eurocodes. I run a UK-based architectural/engineering practice and am looking to subcontract structural engineering for ongoing UK residential work (including extensions, loft conversions, small new builds). If you’re interested, could you confirm: Have you done UK residential projects before — specifically working under UK Building Regulations and Eurocodes with UK National Annex? Could you share a (redacted) example calc pack plus GA / detail drawings? Do you have valid, current licenses for Robot and Tedds, and is that your standard calculation workflow? Are you available for occasional packages (e.g. rear extension, loft conversion)? What hourly rates do you work at, in GBP? I’m aiming to keep things in the £20–£40/hr range where feasible.
