MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- * Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- * 6 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business
- strategy, or corporate advisory for a technology company.
- * Experience with data manipulation, dashboarding, data presentation, and
- delivering executive reviews.
- * Experience working with executive-level clients or stakeholders.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- * 2 years of experience creating data sets, data modeling, and reporting.
- * Ability to lead operational and strategic initiatives, with increasing levels
- of responsibility and independence.
- * Ability to execute cross-functionally and work well in a team environment.
- * Ability to navigate ambiguous situations, and ramp-up on new problem
- statements and opportunities.
- * Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to take
- ambiguous topics and create simple, compelling narratives for different
- audiences.
ABOUT THE JOB
- gTech Ads is responsible for all support and media and technical services for
- customers big and small across our entire Ad products stack. We help our
- customers get the most out of our Ad and Publisher products and guide them when
- they need help. We provide a range of services from enabling better self help
- and in-product support, to providing better support through interactions,
- setting up accounts and implementing ad campaigns, and providing media solutions
- for customers business and marketing needs and providing complex technical and
- measurement solutions along with consultative support for our large customers.
- These solutions range from bespoke and customized ones for our customers to
- scalable support for millions of customers worldwide. Based on the evolving
- needs of our ads customers, we partner with Sales, Product and Engineering teams
- within Google to develop better solutions, tools, and services to improve our
- products and enhance our client experience. As a cross-functional and global
- team, we ensure our customers get the best return on investment with Google and

RESPONSIBILITIES
- * Define, drive, and land gTech ads operational strategy for region and market
- teams working to represent all of gTech Ads.
- * Work with executive leadership to define, launch, and drive strategic
- initiatives in region.
- * Ability to define project scope, key focus areas, analysis needed to uncover
- opportunities and drive stakeholder alignment, and consensus to deliver
- business impact.
- * Ability to work with cross functional stakeholders to deliver on project
- priorities, drive alignment, and enable decision making.
- * Communicate findings to executive leadership in the shape of executive-ready
- presentations and thoughtful facilitation of strategy topics across
- functional teams.
