MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • * Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • * 6 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business
  • strategy, or corporate advisory for a technology company.
  • * Experience with data manipulation, dashboarding, data presentation, and
  • delivering executive reviews.
  • * Experience working with executive-level clients or stakeholders.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • * 2 years of experience creating data sets, data modeling, and reporting.
  • * Ability to lead operational and strategic initiatives, with increasing levels
  • of responsibility and independence.
  • * Ability to execute cross-functionally and work well in a team environment.
  • * Ability to navigate ambiguous situations, and ramp-up on new problem
  • statements and opportunities.
  • * Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to take
  • ambiguous topics and create simple, compelling narratives for different
  • audiences.

  • gTech Ads is responsible for all support and media and technical services for
  • customers big and small across our entire Ad products stack. We help our
  • customers get the most out of our Ad and Publisher products and guide them when
  • they need help. We provide a range of services from enabling better self help
  • and in-product support, to providing better support through interactions,
  • setting up accounts and implementing ad campaigns, and providing media solutions
  • for customers business and marketing needs and providing complex technical and
  • measurement solutions along with consultative support for our large customers.
  • These solutions range from bespoke and customized ones for our customers to
  • scalable support for millions of customers worldwide. Based on the evolving
  • needs of our ads customers, we partner with Sales, Product and Engineering teams
  • within Google to develop better solutions, tools, and services to improve our
  • products and enhance our client experience. As a cross-functional and global
  • team, we ensure our customers get the best return on investment with Google and

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • * Define, drive, and land gTech ads operational strategy for region and market
  • teams working to represent all of gTech Ads.
  • * Work with executive leadership to define, launch, and drive strategic
  • initiatives in region.
  • * Ability to define project scope, key focus areas, analysis needed to uncover
  • opportunities and drive stakeholder alignment, and consensus to deliver
  • business impact.
  • * Ability to work with cross functional stakeholders to deliver on project
  • priorities, drive alignment, and enable decision making.
  • * Communicate findings to executive leadership in the shape of executive-ready
  • presentations and thoughtful facilitation of strategy topics across
  • functional teams.
