Description: We are looking for an experienced Purchasing & Inventory Manager to take full ownership of procurement and supply chain activities for our growing technology company. This role requires someone who can balance hands-on execution with strategic planning to ensure we always have the right stock to serve our customers. Responsibilities: Perform all purchases for the company across multiple vendors and regions. Add and maintain accurate records in our inventory system. Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery conditions with suppliers. Manage lead times and ensure on-time delivery based on customer pipeline and forecast. Keep the BOM (Bill of Materials) clear, accurate, and up to date. Handle delivery, import processes, and customs clearance. Manage product returns and warranties with vendors when required. Strategically plan procurement to balance cost, risk, and availability. Build and maintain vendor relationships to secure long-term supply chain stability. Preferred Qualifications: Proven experience in purchasing/supply chain management, ideally in the tech/industrial sector. Background in sourcing industrial equipment, cameras, and NVIDIA Jetson computers (or similar embedded systems). Ability to interpret general product specifications and use them to source optimal components. Knowledge of international shipping, import/export regulations, and customs procedures. Strong negotiation and vendor management skills. Familiarity with inventory management systems. Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to work independently. Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken). Nice to Have: Experience with electronics supply chains and understanding of lead time constraints. Technical curiosity to understand basic hardware specs (e.g., processors, cameras, accessories). Previous work with startups or fast-moving companies where flexibility is key.
