Develop and execute comprehensive program plans, including scope, timelines, budget, resources, and dependencies; monitoring and reporting against program performance against established metrics and KPIs Conduct hands-on analysis and prepare materials for various stakeholder groups across business and product functions , including Steerco and executive level reporting Support the ideation through delivery funnel via operating a framework to ensure capital allocation to drive value Review business / investment cases to ensure completeness and Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams, tailoring messaging to stakeholder groups. Drive decision-making processes by providing data-driven insights and recommendations Participate in strategic planning sessions to help shape future initiatives Track and report on financial commitments (revenue, cost) for key strategic initiatives on a monthly cadence Establish and maintain effective communication channels across global teams Basic Qualifications Demonstrated ability to assess and transform complex business ideas and challenges into structured programs with quantified value and metrics Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field, or equivalent practical experience 7+ years of relevant industry experience (financial services, technology, data and analytics) including program management, with demonstrated success leading multiple initiatives Prior experience in either a central Program Management Office (PMO) or business aligned PMO strongly preferred Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging and present to a variety of audiences Ability to influence across organizational structures and work effectively with various teams and group and experience working with global teams Time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively in an impact-driven environment Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Experience with SmartSheet, PowerBI (and / or other business reporting tools) and Salesforce reporting strongly preferred Experience with initiative financial tracking and budget management across multiple programs and initiatives Commitment to continuous learning and professional development Ability to adapt to new challenges and technologies Compensation/Benefits Information: (This section is only applicable to US candidates) S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $125,00 to $155,000. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual’s geographic location, as well as experience level, skill set, training, licenses and certifications.In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan.This role is eligible to receive additional S&P Global benefits.
