We’re hiring for a high-profile finance role that offers

  • Direct exposure to our CEO, CFO, and Executive team
  • Visibility to our private equity sponsors and lenders

  • This isn’t just about producing reports, it’s about being trusted to tell the story of the business, drive financial insights, and influence critical decisions.
  • External Reporting & Investor Relations
  • Take ownership of the monthly Board Report, ensuring accuracy of numbers, clarity of messaging, and alignment across senior stakeholders.
  • Prepare and deliver monthly shareholder updates, including financial presentations and iLevel reporting.
  • Lead the preparation of quarterly lender reports and provide updates to credit rating agencies.
  • Support the CEO and CFO in Board meetings with clear, insightful financial narratives that help shape decisions.
  • Play a leading role in crafting the Board of Directors’ report, bringing clarity and impact to how we present our story in the Annual Financial Accounts
  • Strategic Financial Modelling
  • Own and continuously refine the long-term financial model, ensuring assumptions are robust, data is accurate, and outputs are actionable.
  • Use the model to set the framework for the budgeting process, helping to define initial targets and align financial goals with strategy.
  • Act as the “go-to” for financial forecasting, scenario analysis, and stress testing, enabling the business to make informed, forward-looking decisions.
  • Strategic Projects & Capital Events
  • Work directly with the CEO, CFO, and senior leaders on ad-hoc analysis and scenario planning to support major strategic decisions.
  • Play a central role in capital events, from building models to preparing collateral and ensuring consistency across all materials.
  • Partner with senior executives to evaluate growth opportunities, provide analytical insight, and translate complex data into strategic recommendations.
  • Continuously look for opportunities to increase efficiency and automation in reporting, freeing up time for higher-value analysis.
  • Qualifications
  • A recognised accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with 5+ years post-qualification experience
  • Background in Transaction Services, Corporate Finance, or Investment Banking
  • Experience supporting senior executives in a fast-paced environment, ideally within the technology sector
  • Strong financial modelling skills (Excel essential)
  • Advanced PowerPoint skills, with the ability to create clear, concise, and professional presentations
  • A highly analytical, commercially curious mindset with the ability to cut through complexity
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to summarise and present clearly at senior executive level
