This is a high-profile role operating at the centre of organisational change, where you will play a key part in shaping and embedding a new operating model. Working closely with senior leaders, you will provide strategic business analysis expertise to translate organisational objectives into practical, deliverable change across systems, processes and ways of working. The responsibilities of the Principal Business Analyst will include: Leading the review and redesign of business processes to support a new organisational structure and operating modelActing as a bridge between strategic priorities and operational delivery, ensuring business needs are clearly defined and understoodWorking with stakeholders at all levels to capture, prioritise and translate requirements into actionable solutionsProviding expert advice and challenge to senior leaders, supported by robust analysis and evidenceOverseeing the implementation and testing of new processes or technology-enabled solutions, supporting successful adoptionEvaluating outcomes and driving continuous improvement across the organisationContributing to programme governance, risk management and delivery assurance.
