Own end-to-end performance across a wide portfolio of restaurant partners, providing the drive, momentum and energy to develop and grow these relationships and unlock opportunities.Build trusted and productive relationships with our partners at a senior management level, working together to identify win-win opportunities, resolve issues without relying on escalation and unlock growth opportunities..Own and oversee monthly, quarterly and top to top performance reviews with restaurant partners and the coordination of content and materials for Head of/Director level reviews.Define and drive our annual business plans with brand partners, working with your team of account managers to generate ideas and input - and with the Head of National Chains to ensure the plan covers the key business strategic objectives and overall functional goals.Lead team-wide initiatives, broadening your scope and impactDevelop a deep understanding of the takeaway and dining sectors, including trends and the competitive landscape.What will you bring to the table?Proven track record of successful team development and leadership; you excel at motivating, inspiring and empowering others and creating a positive team cultureExperie
