If you’re looking for a role where you can use your organisational skills, contribute to a team, and develop professionally, we’d love to hear from you Key Responsibilities: Assist with ordering parts, equipment, and re-stocking engineers and stores as required.Receive and check incoming deliveries, ensuring goods are stored accurately.Raise purchase orders and confirm deliveries using Sage 200.Log incoming and outgoing stock transactions accurately.Support monthly and annual stock takes.Carry out general business administration tasks, including: Managing and updating spreadsheets and databases.Filing and document control.Handling incoming calls and emails.Preparing reports and maintaining accurate records.Assisting with scheduling and coordinating meetings. Perform occasional driving duties.Undertake any other duties commensurate with the role.
