Working within our established engineering team, the role is based from our London Heathrow workshop; day-to-day tasks will include the booking in and out of equipment, tooling and spare parts, cleaning of equipment prior to returning to customer, and ensuring all paperwork is in place and completed accurately before handing over to the driver for delivery to internal and external sites.Key Responsibilities:Ensure all paperwork is in place prior to items being delivered or collectedScan and print paperwork; to and from the operations teamGoods receiving in workshop for spare parts and customer equipmentUse of forklift truck around the workshop (an existing licence is preferable, although training will be provided if needed)Ensure vehicles are all clean and well presentedDispatch of items and spares from workshopCleaning equipment prior to returning to customersCleaning of workshop, tools and workshop machinesGeneral other duties as required from time to timeWork alongside workshop team for asset collection and delivery, and the operations team for courier delivery and collection, including packing of partsManage stockCollect and deliver assets as requiredEssentials:Hold a full, clean, UK driving licenseExperience with importing and exporting shipmentsAsset receipts and control managementParts managementInternational shipping experienceProven experience of good IT skills; this role involves frequent use of technologyGood understanding of route planning and time managementExcellent customer service skillsGood at communicating with people at all levels – both internally and customer facingMust have adequate right to work in the UKMust be able to gain an airport pass – therefore clean personal record and
