• CASETiFY is looking for Store Production Operator with stable roots in a fast-paced environment to join our team. This position is responsible for providing customers with customized products with excellent customer service
• Job Description
• To serve as a brand operator for CASETiFY to provide an excellent customer experience by engaging everyone they assist using interpersonal skills
• Responsible for managing store product printing process such as image data input, file conversion, adjustment, output
• Operation of printing machines and quality control
• Responsible for engaging and connecting with customers to share top-quality products and speaking authentically about CASETiFY brand
• Answer customer questions about products, availability and product functionality and features
• Clear communication with other staff members, manager, support staff, and peers as needed
• Maintain a consistent record of attendance and punctuality
• Use in-store technology and software as needed to support store operations in order to provide a positive customer experience
• Other duties as assigned
• Requirement
• Minimum 1 year experience in retail industry.
• Proficient in verbal communication English.
• Ability to work in shift duty.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer skills.
• Strong customer service orientation, with the ability to actively listen to customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Ability to work well in a team environment, cooperating and collaborating with colleagues.
• Proactive, passionate, demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with all levels.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks while working in a fast-paced and deadline‐oriented environment.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
