It's an immersive space blending music, entertainment, and culture - featuring exclusive artist merch, limited vinyl, street-wear, curated accessories, a coffee bar, live DJ sets, and a self-care corner. More than a shop, it's a full lifestyle experience. As the Store Manager you will lead the team, drive performance, and ensures every touch-point reflects the brand values of creativity, music culture, and hospitality. You'll be a strategic operator and a people-first leader, making this experience unforgettable for our customers. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations, team performance, and engagement.Hire, train, and motivate a team that embodies our music-driven concept.Serve as main contact for artists, partners, and internal teams.Deliver exceptional, VIP-level customer experiences.Manage KPIs, stock, and sales while protecting brand standards.Partner with head office on events, launches, and activations.Maintain compliance, safety, and Universal Music's premium standards. What We're Looking For Proven store manager experience (6 year's plus)Must have worked across creative lifestyle brands such as music, entertainment, and sports media.
