• Bompard is looking for a Store Manager for our Hampstead boutique.
• As a true brand ambassador, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional client experience while driving performance and leading your team with energy, elegance and excellence.
• Key Responsibilities
• Bringing the Bompard Experience to Life
• Welcome every client with authenticity, elegance and attention to detail
• Share the story behind our iconic pieces through inspiring and engaging storytelling
• Develop an in-depth knowledge of our collections to create a truly personalised client experience
• Train and coach your team on product knowledge and client experience standards
• Organise in-store events in collaboration with Head Office teams
• Ensure the boutique is always beautifully presented and aligned with brand standards
• Store Operations & Performance
• Oversee the daily operations of the boutique (opening/closing, HR administration, logistics, Visual Merchandising)
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and health & safety standards
• Manage stock levels, deliveries and inventory control
• Monitor and analyse KPIs to drive sales performance and achieve commercial targets
• Team Leadership & Development
• Lead, motivate and develop the sales team on a daily basis
• Conduct regular performance follow-ups and provide constructive feedback
• Manage recruitment and onboarding of new team members
• Lead daily briefings and foster a culture of excellence and collaboration
• Inspire your team to deliver a unique and memorable client experience
• Qualifications
• We are looking for a dynamic and communicative leader with proven experience in store management within the fashion or premium retail industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Passion for retail, fashion and client experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proactive, solution-oriented and results-driven
• Ability to create a positive team dynamic and drive performance
