The store manager will report into the senior leadership team and be in charge of a team of 6 in store. Day to day duties and aspects of the role will include: Store managementDelivering high level customer serviceFront of house facing store manager, willing to be involved in the daily sales, operations and team managementUpholding fantastic store visual standardsMaximising sales opportunitiesWork towards and drive the team to hit all KPI's & targetsBe aware of upselling and cross selling opportunitiesDrive & motivate the team to increase performancePromoting training and developmentDriving productivity The client are seeking CV's with the following experience: A strong retail background in store managementA retail background working within a luxury or premium environment such as jewellery & watches is essentialA consultative retail backgroundSomeone that is able to demonstrate being a hands on managerExperienced in 1-2-1 retail sellingExperienced in managing KPIs and budgets to effectively run and improve store performanceKPI & target drivenAbility to deliver training and developmentConsistentExcels in handling management situationsComfortable with weekend work during busy & peak periods. The client can offer a salary of £32,000 per annum with many additional benefits on offer, such as monthly & annual commission schemes.
