We are seeking a Store Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the retail and wholesale operations of our restaurant. This role is essential to ensuring the smooth functioning of the store, managing inventory efficiently, and driving the sales of French Tacos products. As part of the growing team, you will be involved in stock management, ensuring excellent customer service, and contributing to the financial performance of the business. The Store Manager will also play a crucial role in shaping the customer experience and supporting the brand's growth.

Main duties include:

• Oversee the efficient management of merchandise to ensure that stock levels are maintained at optimal levels to meet demand.
• Monitor and manage stock control processes, ensuring inventory is accurately maintained and managed.
• Ensure that the sales and distribution of French Tacos products, including merchandise and supplies, are carried out effectively.
• Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing and resolving customer complaints and queries.
• Work closely with the front-of-house team to ensure consistent and high-quality customer experience across all touchpoints.
• Control and manage budgets related to stock, sales, and promotions, ensuring the efficient use of resources.
• Authorise payments for supplies received and ensure accurate invoice and record-keeping.
• Examine the quality of merchandise, ensuring all products meet the high standards of the brand.

Skills & Education

• Proven experience in retail and store management, ideally within the food service or restaurant industry.
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
• Excellent organisational skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong financial acumen and experience in budgeting, forecasting, and stock control.
• Excellent time management, Organisation, and multitasking skills.
