Role purpose The key purpose of the Storage Income Analyst role is to manage and analyse financial data related to storage operations, ensuring accurate tracking, reporting, and optimisation of income generated from storage facilities. This role supports the storage function and centre planning process, working collaboratively with centre management teams and national teams across the business. Responsibilities include developing the annual storage budget, conducting monthly financial reporting and analysis, maintaining robust internal controls, optimising storage space, and providing detailed inputs into development, asset refurbishment projects, and feasibilities. This position is essential for enhancing profitability and operational efficiency while maintaining high capability across the storage function. What you’ll do: · Analyse financial data to monitor and maximise storage income across all centres. · Prepare monthly reports, forecasts, and variance analysis. · Develop and manage the annual storage budget aligned with business goals. · Optimise storage space utilisation through data-driven recommendations. · Collaborate with centre management and national teams on planning, development projects, workflow processes, licence terms, and feasibility studies. · Maintain robust internal controls and compliance standards. What we’re looking for: · Proven experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting. · Strong understanding of financial management principles and compliance. · Knowledge of storage operations or similar industries. · Advanced analytical skills and proficiency in financial systems and data tools. · Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver insights that drive performance. · Experience professional that holds a Real Estate License certification Why join us?
