You will lead a team of stock clerks on shift, ensuring stock accuracy and integrity while minimizing stock loss. This is a full-time, permanent position. You will work a 4-on-4-off shift pattern, with the hours of 06:00 till 18:00.Pay, benefits and more:We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £33,000 per annum, and 20 days annual leave (inclusive bank holidays). You’ll also have access to our MyBenefits platform offering a variety of high street discounts, a cycle to work scheme, cashback cards, a saving scheme and much more What you’ll do on a typical day:Manage the allocation of work on a daily basis, controlling headcount and overtime budgets and ensuring cost, quality and delivery targets are metWork with the Operations team to resolve errors (i.e. Pick error’s, placing errors, Over picks, etc)and non-conformance effecting stock integrityProvide daily, weekly and monthly performance reports and develop and maintain visual management boards for the teamMeet standards of performance, behaviour and as laid down by company and site policies and procedures.
