The ideal candidate is a Stock Condition Surveyor with experience in conducting surveys for both occupied and vacant properties, a strong grasp of health and safety risks, and significant stock surveying experience or relevant qualifications. Proficiency in residential construction (both refurbishment and new build) and strong IT skills, especially in Microsoft Office, are essential. The role involves developing relationships with colleagues and external agencies, supporting maintenance programs and asset management strategies, and engaging with customer feedback to enhance program delivery. Responsibilities also include liaising with external organizations and ensuring health and safety compliance. The position is primarily site-based, with occasional office attendance at the Ealing Gateway office.
