We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Staff Partner Manager to drive impactful partnerships that accelerate growth, customer acquisition, and value creation across Intuit's portfolio. You will play a key role in identifying, launching, and managing partnerships with ecosystem players such as Commerce platforms, financial institutions, software platforms, and ISVs. This role requires a blend of business development acumen, partner relationship management, partner marketing, cross-functional coordination, and a deep understanding of Intuit's customers and products. Responsibilities Liaise with our global partner marketing team and sales enablement in region to accelerate partner marketing initiatives in regionsIdentify, evaluate, and prioritize strategic opportunities with existing partners aligned with business goals.Develop and execute go-to-market plans with partners to drive adoption, customer engagement, and revenue growth.Support deal structuring and negotiation, including commercial terms, legal alignment, and product integration needs.Own the full partner lifecycle, from onboarding and launch to performance optimization and long-term growth.Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Marketing, Sales, Legal, Finance, etc.) to deliver seamless partner experiences.Track and analyze partner performance, presenting key metrics and insights to leadership.Represent Intuit externally with professionalism, credibility, and a strong sense of customer advocacy. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in partner management, business development, strategic alliances, or a similar role.Experience in SaaS, fintech, small business platforms, or financial services ecosystem strongly preferred.Proven ability to manage and grow high-impact partnerships end to en
