• In this role, you will create innovative, human-centered product experiences that transform how people work across digital platforms. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, collaborating with product managers, engineers, and other designers to deliver user-centric solutions from concept through to delivery. This position emphasizes empathy, creativity, and strategic thinking, allowing you to influence design decisions and improve the overall user experience. • Accountabilities
• Develop end-to-end, user-centered product experiences based on human-centered design principles and research data.
• Translate user needs into high-fidelity design solutions that prioritize usability, accessibility, and consistency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to reconcile feedback, provide design leadership, and contribute to product strategy.
• Integrate AI insights or tools into workflows to enhance user experience where appropriate.
• Mentor and coach team members to foster professional growth and a shared design vision.
• Participate actively in the full product development lifecycle, from research and ideation through to implementation.
• 5+ years of relevant product design experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating human-centered, end-to-end design solutions.
• Expertise in design tools and methods to deliver comprehensive, high-fidelity specifications.
• Experience integrating or critically evaluating AI in workflows, problem-solving, or decision-making.
• Excellent collaboration, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Familiarity with web and software application design processes and best practices.
• Growth mindset with a focus on continuous learning and improving design capabilities.
• Experience mentoring or coaching junior designers is a plus.
