Role Description
As a Senior Marketing Advisor, Client Value, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and articulating our core value story to drive business growth. This strategic position is responsible for leading the development of our core value story strategy and framework, creating comprehensive high-impact content that communicates the value of our brand and our solutions to prospective clients in a competitive market.
- Build a cohesive value story framework that positions our offerings as market leaders.
- Craft compelling messaging and narratives that clearly communicate our differentiation.
- Function as a strategic storyteller, transforming complex business concepts into compelling narratives that resonate with clients and drive engagement.
- Ensure our value story is consistently reinforced across all client touchpoints.
- Develop engaging core sales proposal and presentation content aligned with our value story and strategically positioned to demonstrate measurable value to clients.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to gather insights and translate them into high-impact content.
- Lead the development of comprehensive responses to Requests for Information (RFIs), collaborating with cross-functional teams and editing for clarity, consistency, and strategic positioning.
- Collaborate with account teams to develop comprehensive, strategic responses to key Requests for Proposals (RFPs), aligned with our core value story.
- Leverage insights from past proposals to enhance competitiveness and content quality.
- Ensure clarity, consistency, and strategic positioning in all client-facing materials.
- Oversee and maintain an organized, accessible proposal content library.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and subject matter experts to review and update content to reflect business updates, market trends, product innovations, and core value messaging.
- Add and categorize new content from key RFPs/RFIs for broader use.
- Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to sales, marketing, and product teams.
- Facilitate debrief sessions post-RFP/RFI submissions and post-surveys and scorecards to capture insights and refine future content strategies.
- Influence internal stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging across all client touchpoints.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor positioning, and client needs.
- Use data-driven insights to optimize content effectiveness and anticipate client challenges.
- Explore innovative formats and technologies to enhance content delivery.
- Provide training and support to the sales team on effectively using content, tools, and articulating our value proposition.
- Develop tools and resources to help the sales team tailor content and messaging for specific opportunities.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- A Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in strategic marketing, sales enablement, value proposition development within a corporate environment.
- Fluency in English; Bilingualism (French and English) is considered a strong asset.
