• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions Develop and maintain robust data models, reports, and dashboards to analyze and visualize complex datasets Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs, provide analytical support, and offer data-driven insights to support their decision-making processes Provide guidance, support, and expertise to teams within the AECO organisation on process improvement best practices to ensure proper implementation and sustainability Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related discipline Proven work experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role, with a focus on data analysis and stakeholder management Prior experience in the sales or marketing analytics domain Working knowledge of Saleforce Strong knowledge of PowerBI, Tableau or similar BI tools Strong proficiency in SQL and Python or another OOPS language for data extraction, transformation, and analysis Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts and strategies to diverse audiences Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills, the ability to think critically and approach complex challenges with a strategic attitude
