Are you a detail-driven individual with a steady hand and a strong work ethic? We’re looking for a Prep Painter Spray Operative to join our morning shift team at our busy Cookstown site. If you take pride in quality craftsmanship and want to be part of a team that values precision, safety, and efficiency—this is the role for you.

?? What You’ll Be Doing:

• Prepping lintels for painting with care and precision

• Applying a high-quality paint finish to completed lintels

• Ensuring products meet strict quality control standards

• Managing timelines to ensure painted products are ready for delivery

• Keeping detailed maintenance records for paint spray equipment

• Regularly cleaning and maintaining spray equipment and filter panels

• Taking responsibility for your work area—keeping it clean, safe, and organised

• Following all Health & Safety procedures

• Collaborating with your Supervisor to address any production issues

• Contributing to team performance by helping meet key KPIs

?? What You’ll Need:

• A valid Forklift Truck Licence (essential)

• A commitment to high-quality work and safety

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to work effectively on an evening shift schedule

• A proactive attitude and team-first mindset
